We drove through this wind farm in Indiana. Wind power is so cool. It seems so low-tech and high-tech at the same time...like the 1950s idea of "The Future."

This is what it looks like when an Argentine-Australian laptop doctor comes to your house and opens up your notebook on a Superman beach towel, illuminated by a crappy clip light.



This didn't work out too well, and I ended up having to buy an external keyboard and mouse. Hopefully it will tide me over until I can get it fixed back in the States.

not an hors d'oeuvre

I haven't fired a single shot since I returned to Buenos Aires. Like I said, I been WORKING! But I'm still going to post some photos. This one is at a curbside eating joint in Langkawi, Malaysia. That dotted yellow sheet next to the bowl of hard-boiled eggs is not something delicious--it's a piece of flypaper, covered in flies. And there's another in the background, in front of the seated guy.
